Whee!! Hitting the finish line is like receiving an early Christmas present.
What did I like about the process? Well, the Avatar assignment was fun and some of the YouTube videos were entertaining. Unfortunately, the video I wanted to add to my blog was not allowed and my Bunny Hop is not cooperating. I guess the Bunny's battery has finally run down.
I consider librarianship to be about learning and am always open to new information for my own use and to share with our customers. Now, I just hope that I can remember everything we covered. The problem is that I do not have any plans to use the information at this time.
What else is available in web 2.0? Technology is changing so rapidly it makes me wonder how many of these sites will still be up and running a year from now. This has all been fun but I long to leave the virtual realm and get back to books.

hcpl.lib.overdrive
There are many title I would like to download and listen to that are listed on the hcpl.lib.overdrive. Two of the titles are: Guide to Becoming Rich, (and right after that one I should read) The Courage to Meet the Demands of Reality.
LibriVox did not draw me in but Wowio did. Wowio had additional catalog categores to offer but I did not see the music selection. It has additional enhancements but get your attention and keep it.
Overall I like our ebooks but could not find any musical selections worth downloading.

youtube
Ok. You won me over! I looked at a lot of cat videos (yoga, cocoanuts) and, just to be fair, decided to watch an Anime video. I loved Anime Cocoanuts and watched it twice.
I also enjoyed the movie trailers.

Social Networking?
Or, is that antisocial networking? A couple of these looked like portals to porn. I thought we were thinking about blocking myspace. Facebook isn't any better. No way will I sign up for that one.
ning-SPCA blog useful. Especially interested in keeping safe and avoiding "toxic goodies."
threadless-only if you already own every tee shirt in the world
infieldparking-not interested
dogster-bow wow! bow wow!
catster-now your's talking--information and pictures of interest to me--meow...meow...purr...
The rest were okay. Nothing to really blog about, just okay. Overall this exercise was a waste of my time and the taxpayers money.

Zoho
The only advantage I can see to using Zoho is in the ability to share. I do not have a personal need for Zoho at this time and don't like having to set another account.
